This unit includes everything you need to teach a 'Celebrating the Past' unit for Foundation & Pre-Primary HASS for the entire term! Paired with my 'Personal and Family History' unit, all of your history content is covered.

This particular unit starts as students explore the lives of their grandparents and investigate how we learn about the past. Students then move on to learning about celebrations and commemorations, why these dates are significant to individuals, and how we can celebrate these in different ways.
