Lesson 1: What Is a Home? Students explore the concept of home and its importance. They match people and animals to different types of homes and discuss why homes help us feel safe and connected.
Lesson 2: Check Out My Home! Students describe parts of their own home, drawing and writing about what makes it special to them.
Lesson 3: Home Swap! Students explore the idea that people live in different types of homes based on culture, environment, and needs. They choose a home they'd like to try and explain why.
Lesson 4: School Senses Students identify their school as a special place and describe it using their five senses, building awareness of familiar environments.
